妊娠早期妇女甲状腺功能减退的筛查

目的 了解妊娠早期妇女甲状腺功能减退（甲减）的患病率,并初步探讨妊娠早期妇女甲减患病率与孕妇年龄的关系.方法 选取妊娠早期妇女5998例和非妊娠妇女639例,使用化学发光法测定TSH、FT4水平,筛查妊娠早期妇女甲减的发病率,并将所有孕妇按照不同年龄进行分组和数据分析.结果 妊娠早期妇女甲减的发病率（18.56％）明显高于非妊娠期妇女甲减的发病率（9.08％）,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.不同年龄阶段各组间甲减发病率比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 甲状腺功能检测对于优生优育具有重要意义,年龄并非妊娠期妇女发生甲减的危险因素.

Screening of Hypothyroidism of Women in Early Pregnancy

Objective To observe the occurrence of hypothyroidism of women in early pregnancy and to explore the relationship between age and occurrence of hypothyroidism. Methods 5998 women in early pregnancy and 639 non-pregnant women were enrolled in this study. The serum TSH and FF4 levels were measured by chemiluminescent method and the occurrence of hypothyroidism of women in early pregnancy was calculated. And all these gravidas were divided into different groups by age, then the occurrence of hypothyroidism were analysis and compared among different groups. Results The occurrence of hypothyroidism of women in early pregnancy was significantly higher than that of non- pregnant women （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and there was no statistical difference in the occurrence of hypothyroidism among different groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Thyroid function test has important clinical significance, and the age is not one of the risk factors for hypothyroidism of pregnancy.
