老年维吾尔族心脏起搏器植人患者术后心理状态的调查

目的总结植入永久人工心脏起搏器的维吾尔族老年患者术后心理状态及影响因素。方法老年患者120例，均行永久人工心脏起搏器植入术，术前及术后半年分别使用“一般情况调查量表”、“焦虑自评量表（SAS）”、“抑郁自评量表（SDS）”进行评价。采用标准评分法对量表进行统计分析。结果老年维吾尔族心脏起搏器植入患者术后SAS、SDS得分与术前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。所有入选患者在术后焦虑、抑郁的平均得分显著低于术前（P〈0．05）。并伴有焦虑、抑郁状态的病例数较术前明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。术后患者的SAS、SDS得分与患者经济情况、定期程控、心脏起搏方式和术后并发症呈显著相关（P〈0．05）。结论与术前比较，起搏器植入术后长期心脏起搏的维吾尔族老年患者平均心理健康水平明显好转。经济情况、定期程控、术后并发症和心脏起搏方式等是患者术后心理健康的影响因素．在随访过程中．应重视患者的心理问题．并进行针对性的心理支持和治疗。

Psychological condition of uyghur aged-patients with permanent pacemaker implantation

Objective To study psychological condition and related factors of uyghur aged-patients with permanent pacemaker implantation. Methods A total of 120 uyghur aged-patients with a cardiac pacemaker implantation were enrolled into this study. The questionnaires were filled before the implantation and 6 months after the implantation. Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）, Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） were assessed at the same time opints. Results There were significant differences in the SAS, SDS scores between pre-implantation and post-implantation. The severity of depression, anxiety and symptoms in patients post-implantation was lower than pre-implantation. The SAS and SDS scores of post-implantation were correlated with the economic status, mode of cardiac pacemaker and postoperative complications. Conclusion Comparing with pre-implantation, the average mental health level of aged-patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation is better, and their life quality is improved significantly. The psychological status of this group of patients is correlated with the economic status, mode of cardiac pacemaker and postoperative complications. So during the regular follow up, psychological supports and related therapies should be carried out for aged-patients who have implanted a pacemaker.
