吉兰巴雷综合征临床及电生理特点及预后的回顾性分析及随访

目的探讨吉兰巴雷综合征（GBS）不同亚型的临床及电生理特点和预后。方法检索北京天坛医院神经内科2008年1月1日至2012年6月3013住院病例．回顾性分析66例GBS患者的临床资料．部分病例电话或门诊随访预后情况，总结临床、电生理及预后等特点。结果66例中，有前驱事件者46例（69．7％），临床表现、脑脊液实验室检查、电生理检查与既往研究基本一致：未发现死亡病例。结论本组GBS住院患者的性别、年龄、临床特点等资料与国内外文献报道一致：电生理检查是目前GBS分型最重要的依据。规范的治疗可以最大限度降低死亡率。

Retrospective analysis and follow-up of the clinical,electrophysiological characteristics and prognosis of various subtypes of Guillain-Barre syndrome

Objective To study the clinical, electrophysiological characteristics and prognosis of various subtypes of Guillain-Barre syndrome （GBS）. Methods The hospitalized cases in Department of Neurology, Beijing Tiantan Hospital were reviewed who were admitted during January 1, 2008 to June 30, 2012. The clinical data of 66 patients with GBS were analyzed retrospectively. Some cases were followed by phone or outpatient visit. The possible difference of clinical, electro- physiological characteristics and prognosis were summarized. Results Precursor events were found in 46 cases （69.7%）. Clinical manifestations, cerebrospinal fluid analysis, eleetrophysiological examination were in consistent with past studies. No cases of death were found. Conclusion The gender, age, clinical characteristics of this group with GBS is consistent with foreign reports. Electrophysiological examination is an important basis for GBS classification. Standard treatment can reduce the mortality in most cases.
