Beyond冷光美白联合祛氟剂对氟斑牙疗效观察

目的评价Beyond冷光美白联合祛氟剂对氟斑牙脱色的疗效观察。方法A组15例患者采用Beyond冷光美白剂联合祛氟剂进行漂白，B组15例患者仅用Beyond冷光美白剂漂白，C组15例患者用家庭漂白法治疗。治疗前、后用VITA比色板进行牙齿比色和照相记录；对治疗前、后VITA值进行比较，评估各组疗效。结果A组显效率为86．67％，B组显效率为40％，C组显效率为33．33％。A组与B组间差异有统计学意义（x2=8．02，P〈0．05），A组与C组间差异也有统计学意义（x2=9．06，P〈0．05），3组间两两比较差异也具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论Beyond冷光美白联合祛氟剂对氟斑牙漂白具有显著疗效。

Effect of cold light tooth whitening combined with fluoride.removing material on bleaching dental fluorosis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Beyond cold light whitening combined with fluoride- removing material on bleaching dental fluorosis. Methods Forty-five patients with dental fluorosis were included and divided into three groups of 15. Group A was treated with Beyond cold light bleaching and fluoride-removing material, group 13 only with Beyond cold light bleaching and group C with family bleaching method. VITA shade guide was used to compare l he tooth color before and after treatment, and photograph was taken and recorded. Results The effective rate of group A （86. 67% ）was significantly higher than that of group B （40% ,X2 = 8. 02,P 〈0. 05） and group C （33.33% ,X2 = 9. 06, P〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Beyond cold light tooth whitening combined with fluoride-removing is an effective and safe method for bleaching dental fluorosis.
