| 摘 要： | 探讨SARS患者的记忆等神经心理方面是否受到影响。方法:对12例SARS恢复期患者和8例正常对照进行记忆评测:患病前后记忆及平均疲劳程度的VAS评定,以及Zung自评抑郁量表的评测。结果:与正常对照相比,SARS患者的记忆评测得分明显减低(P<0.05),其中逻辑记忆、形象再认记忆、理解记忆有显著性差异(P<0.05);SARS前后疲劳程度的VAS测定,结果表明,疲劳程度明显增加;经Zung自评抑郁量表测评,6例SARS患者属轻度抑郁。结论:SARS患者的短期记忆力下降,疲劳程度增加,并有出现抑郁的倾向,记忆受到抑郁、注意力等多因素的影响。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore whether the neuropsychological function such as memory is affected by severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS).Method:The12patients with SARS and8normal subjects were evaluated by memory test.VAS was assessed for the degree of memory and fatigue before and after SARS,as well as Zung depression scale was conducted to the patients with SARS.Result:Memory function was decreased significantly in SARS patients compared with the normal subjects.The level of fatigue after SARS was increased dramatically.6patients were assessed to be mild depression.Conclusion:The short-term memory of SARS patients was decreased and affected by multifactors,such as depression,attention and concentration. |
