| 摘 要： | 目的探讨振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)预后评估方面的价值。方法于生后8～14h对所有观察对象进行脑电图描记及振幅整合,按aEEG结果把全部患儿分为正常aEEG组、轻度异常aEEG组、重度异常aEEG组,于6个月龄时,对研究对象与对照组同时进行生长发育情况随访。结果全部患儿体格发育(身长和体重)基本接近正常;重度异常aEEG组患儿的智力指数(MI)、发育商(DQ)和头围均偏小,表明其神经系统发育落后。结论 aEEG可用于HIE患儿脑功能监测,对于HIE预后评估有重要价值。
