| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与急性脑梗死(ACI)早期预后的相关性。方法收集ACI患者298例,根据HbAlc水平分为三组,HbA1c正常组(A组,HbA1c≤6.5%)、HbA1c升高组(B组,HbAlc6.5%-10.0%)、HbA1c明显升高组(C组HbAlc>10.0%),观察ACI预后。结果 HbA1c升高组明显升高组NIHSS评分及第30d改良的Rankin's评分与HbAlc正常组比较,P<0.05。结论高HbAlc水平与ACI预后不良有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigating the relation between the level of glycolated hemoglobin(HbAlc) and acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods According to the level of HbAlc,the 298 patients with ACI were devided into three groups:group A(HbAlc≤605%),HbAlc higher group,group B(HbAlc 6.5%-10.0%)、HbAlc most higher group group C(HbAlc>10.0%) and prognosis would be founded.Results The score of the 30d Rankin's and NIHSS of group B and group C compared with the group A,P<0.05.Conclusion HbAlc higher group and HbAlc most higher group are related with bad prognosis. |
