| 摘 要： | 目的探讨联合口服醋甲唑胺与吸收剂对视网膜分支静脉阻塞激光光凝术后黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法将42例(42眼)视网膜分支静脉阻塞激光光凝术后的患者随机分为2组,治疗组口服醋甲唑胺联合吸收剂,对照组单纯口服吸收剂,对比两组患者在治疗后1个月的视力及黄斑水肿的变化情况。结果激光光凝术后,口服醋甲唑胺联合吸收剂的患者1个月时视力提高(59.1%vs.25.0%,P<0.05)、黄斑水肿消失(63.6%vs.30.0%,P<0.05)均优于单纯口服吸收剂的患者。结论联合应用醋甲唑胺与吸收剂治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞激光光凝术后黄斑水肿更有效。
