| 摘 要： | 目的 评定ＴＢＳ报告在提高宫颈／阴道两全是学诊断方面的有利地与国际交流。方法 总结１９９８年７月至１９９９年１月间试行ＴＢＳ诊断报告的２８４１例应用情况。结果 按ＴＢＳ报告的标本和申请单的综合评估系统，２８４１例中标本渠道是基本满意２７３６例（９６．３％）。按ＴＢＳ报告方式描述，正常涂片２１６６例（７９．２％），感染性涂片２９例（１．０％）、反应籴９例（１９．０％），鳞状皮皮异常２１例，（０．８％

| Abstract: | Objective To improve
the quality of cytodiagnosis in favor of global academic exchanges. Methods From July 1998 to
January 1999, 2,841 smears were studied. Results According to the comprehemsive evaluation
system of specimen by TBS report, 2,736 smears were satisfactory and limited satisfactory(96.
3%). Normal smear was described in 2,166 cases (79.2%), infected in 29 cases (1.0%),
reactive changes in 519 cases (19.0%), squamous epithelium abnormalities in 21 cases(0.8%);
glandular epithelium abnormality in one (0.04%). Conclusion This study showed the advantage
of TBS report and worth recommendation. |
