| 摘 要： | 为探讨骨刺解痛合剂治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。将120例患者随机分为两组,分别给骨刺解痛合剂（治疗组）和抗骨增生片（对照组）口服,观察两组治疗前后膝关节疼痛缓解及功能改善的疗效。结果显示治疗后两组膝关节疼痛均减轻,关节活动功能显著改善,且治疗组显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）。表明骨刺解痛合剂是治疗膝骨性关节炎的有效方法。

| Abstract: | In order to study the therapeutic effect of "GUCUIETONG HEJI"(GCJT, a TCD mixture for treating osteoarthritis) on knee osteoarthri-tis(OA), 120 cases of OA were randomly divided into the treated and control groups, which were treated by GCJT and by KGZS (KANGCU ZENGSHENG PIAN, a TCD table for treating osteoarthritis) , respectively; The pain and function of pre-treated and post-treated were observed; The results showed that pain was relieve and function of joint was significantly improved in both two groups but the treated group had an advantage compared the control group with a significandy difference ( P < 0.01), suggesting that GCJT has a significant function to treat osteoarthritis. |
