营养液肠内营养支持临床应用效果分析

目的 :总结自配营养液对危重病人进行肠内营养支持临床应用情况 .方法 :观察营养液对重型颅脑损伤和脑血管意外病人肠内营养支持效果及应用中的并发症和对胃肠道的影响 ,并对体重 (BW )、血红蛋白 (Hb)、血清总蛋白 (TP)、血清白蛋白 (Alb)、氮平衡 (NB)、外周血淋巴细胞总数 (TLC)、肱三头肌皮皱厚度 (TSF)和上臂肌围 (AMC)等进行测定 .结果 :与重型颅脑损伤常规肠外营养支持及脑血管意外病人使用的几个品牌的肠内营养制剂相比较 ,两组间BW、Hb、TP、Alb、TSF、AMC、TLC均无显著性差异 ;在纠正NB及防止感染并发症上优于肠外营养支持 (P <0 0 5 ) ;其价格与几个品牌营养制剂存在显著性差异(P <0 0 1) .结论 :营养液肠内营养支持临床应用对重型颅脑损伤及脑血管意外病人在营养支持和治疗中有着非常重要的意义 .

Analysis on Effect of Nutrient Solution for Enteral Nutrition Support

Objective: To evaluate the effect of nutrient solution made by ourselv es for enteral nutritional support of critical patients. Methods: Patients were divided into severe head injury group and stroke group. The effect of nutrient s olution for enteral nutrition support, the adverse effect and influence upon gas trointestinal tract were observed. Body weight (BW), hemoglobin (Hb), total prot ein (TP), albumin (Alb), nitro grin balance (NB), total lymphocyte count(TLC), t riceps skin fold thickness (TSF) and arm muscle circumference (AMC) were measure d. Results: No significant difference of BW, Hb, TP, Alb, TSF, AMC and TLC was f ound between 2 groups. Compared with the conventional parenteral nutritional su pport in severe head injury, some brand enteral nutritional injection in stroke is better for preventing from infected complications (P<0 05). Furthermore, its price compared with some brand nutrient preparations showed st atistically significant difference (P<0 01). Conclusion: Nutri tion solution for enteral nutritional support in treatment of severe head injury and stroke has dramatic significance.
