| 摘 要： | 目的:观察急性不完全性脊髓损伤患者血清中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的表达,探讨继发性脊髓损伤的可能机制。方法:收集急性不完全性脊髓损伤患者和单纯脊柱压缩骨折患者及正常对照者的血清,ELISA方法检测其中MCP-1的水平。结果:与健康对照组相比,急性不完全性脊髓损伤患者血清中MCP-1的浓度明显增高(P<0.01)。结论:MCP-1可能通过向脊髓损伤部位募集炎症细胞而参与脊髓损伤部位的继发性炎症反应。

| Abstract: | Objective:To measure the expression of the MCP-1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1)in the serum of patients with acute spinal cord injury and explore the possible mechanism of secondary spinal cord injury.Method:MCP-1in the serum of patients with acute incomplete spinal cord injury,single spine compres-sion and healthy subjects were detected by ELISA irrespectively.Result:Compared with the controls,MCP-1in the serum of patients with acute incomplete spinal cord injury was elevated markedly(P<0.01).Conclusion:MCP-1may induce secondary inflammation by recruiting inflammatory cells to the injury site and thus aggra-vate the spinal cord injury. |
