| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨B超与慢性肝炎病理炎症分级、纤维化分期及分度的相关性。方法：对856例慢性乙肝患者腹部B超表现与慢性肝炎炎症分级、纤维化分期及分度进行统计学分析。结果：B超各项观察指标病变严重程度随炎症分级、纤维化分期及分度加重而加重且呈正相关。其中对纤维化程度诊断意义更大。而B超脾厚在诊断慢性肝炎分度上意义最大。结论：B超在慢性肝炎诊断中有重要价值，对纤维化分期诊断意义较大，能反应病理的病变程度，但前后对比动态观察意义更大。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the relationship between B-mode ultrasound manifestation and pathological changes in 856 patients with chronic hepatitis. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the B-mode ultrasound presentations and pathological changes including histological inflammatory grading , fibrosis staging and severe degree in patients diagnosed chronic hepatitis.Results:There was positive correlation between B-mode ultrasound presentation and pathological changes. Furthermore, the width of spleen was closely related with hepatitis severity degree.Conclusions: The B-mode ultrasound examination is valuable in estimating the severity of CH. And the cohort observation of the B-mode values is of more importance |
