摘    要:目的:介绍应用改进的微渗透压泵进行豚鼠耳蜗慢性灌注的方法。方法:将微渗透压泵埋置于8只豚鼠背部,经固定于耳蜗底回鼓阶内的改良微导管将人工外淋巴液缓漫注入内耳,观察豚鼠耳蜗对微渗透压泵慢性灌注人工外淋巴液的反应。结果:动物术后14d脑干诱发电反应阈值(ABR)无明显的变化,耳蜗螺旋神经节细胞及毛细胞未见损伤。结论:改进后的微渗透压泵耳蜗灌流技术完善了内耳慢性给药的实验方法。

Abstract:Objective:To introduce an improved technique of chronic infusion of drugs into the guinea pig cochlea using an osmotic pump.Methods:A stainless steel tube was surgically implanted into the basal turn of the guinea pig cochlea and connected to the pump. Artificial perilymphatic fluid was infused into the cochlea. Auditory brainstem responses (ABRs) and hair cell morphology were examined.Results:In eight artificial perilymphatic fluid infused cochleas, the thresholds of ABRs were kept in the normal level and no hair cell loss was found 14 days after the beginning of infusion. Conclusion:This result indicates that the improved technique perfects the method of osmotic pump implant for chronic infusion of drugs into the inner ear.
