含阿尼西坦血清对培养神经元生长发育的影响

目的：建立血清药理学方法与细胞培养相结合的实验体系，用于观察益智药物对培养神经元生长发育的影响。方法：采用含阿尼西坦大鼠血清，体外培养新生大鼠脑皮层神经元，观察其生长发育状况。结果：含阿尼西坦血清能促进体外培养新生大鼠大脑皮层神经元的生长，延长细胞存活时间，增加神经元胞体面积，促进突起生长。结论：血清药理学方法观察药物对培养神经细胞生长的影响可用于益智药物的体外评价，具有一定实用性。

The studies on efficacy of Aniracetam serum on the upgrowth of cultured neurons

Objective:To establish a neurons culture combined with seropharmacology method to explore the upgrowth effects of drug on new born rat cortex neurons. Methods:Cell culture had been used to observe the growth and development of neurons by using.Aniracetam containing serum.Results:Aniracetam containing serum could promote the cultured neurons upgrowth and prolong the life time of the neurons the surface area and protuberance of neurons cultured with Aniracetam serum are increased significantly than control group. Conclusion:Sero pharmacology method combined with neuron culture is a reliable experiment to evaluate the drug efficacy on neurons and Aniracetam possesses the effects to boost the upgrowth and function of the cultured rat neurons.
