减压后脑肿大早期弥散加权和T2加权MRI的实验研究

目的 :观察减压后脑肿大早期弥散加权和T2 加权MRI的变化过程 ,探讨减压后脑肿大早期是否发生脑水肿。方法 :应用弥散加权和T2 加权MRI对 6只猫作实验前和减压后 2h、4h、6h动态观察。结果 :MRI均显示减压后肿大的脑组织明显向对侧移位 ,且随时间推移 ,移位程度加重 ;减压后 2h ,肿大的脑组织在弥散加权MRI上就呈现为低强度信号区 ;减压后 4h ,肿大的脑组织在T2 加权MRI上才呈现为高信号区。结论 :减压后脑肿大早期 (<2h)肿大的脑组织就发生了血管源性水肿

Experimental study of diffussion weighted and T_2-weighted MRI in the early stage of postdecompressive brain bulk enlargement

Objective:With observation about the change process of DWI and T 2 WI in the early stage of postdecompressive brain bulk enlargement, it is proved whether brain edema occurs Methods:DWI and T 2 WI were performed in 6 cats at four time points (before compression and 2?4?6 hours after decompression) to examine the postdecompressive brain bulk enlargement Results:DWI and T 2 WIshowed that the postdecompressive swollen cerebral tissue shifted increasingly to the contralateral side Within 2 hours after decompression, the hypointensity signal of DWI was observed in the swollen hemisphere Within 4 hours after decompression, the high signal of T 2 WI was observed in the swollen hemisphere Conclusions:The vasogenic edema occured in the early stage (<2 h) of the postdecompressive brain bulk enlargement
