| 摘 要： | S100A6蛋白是一类具有EF手型模序结构的钙结合蛋白,通过对钙离子的调节及与靶蛋白的相互作用,启动细胞信号转导,参与细胞生长、分化、细胞周期及胞外基质分泌等多种生物学过程,与肿瘤发生、发展及转移预后相关.本文就近年来S100A6钙结合蛋白的研究现状与进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | S100A6 is a member of the S100 family of EF-hand calcium-binding proteins,which participates in a variety of pathological processes,such as cell signal transduction,cell cycle regulation,and secretion of extracellular matrix.It has also been proved that S100A6 is closely related to tumor occurrence,development and metastasis.This article reviews the research status and progress of S100A6 calcium binding protein. |
