白念珠菌毒力因子的研究进展

摘    要:念珠菌是侵袭性真菌感染的主要致病菌之一,其中以白念珠菌感染最为多见,多发生于免疫缺陷、器官移植、介入治疗、广谱抗生素和糖皮质激素广泛应用的患者中.白念珠菌毒力因子和致病性密切相关,其毒力因子主要包括表型转换、黏附素、侵袭性酶以及溶血因子等.表型转换可以帮助白念珠菌适应宿主的组织环境;黏附素可以辅助其识别组织和定植;侵袭性酶破坏黏膜组织的完整性,增强其毒力;溶血因子帮助其获得营养物质供其生存繁殖.进一步阐明白念珠菌毒力因子和致病性的关系有望为白念珠菌病的预防和治疗提供新思路.

Abstract:Candida is one of the main causes of invasive fungal infections,with Candida albicans as the most common species.Invasive candidiasis often occurs in patients suffering from immunodeficiency,receiving organ transplantation or interventional therapy,and those administrating broad-spectrum antibiotics or glucocorticoids.Candida albicans virulence factors,including phenotypic switching,adhesins,hydrolytic enzymes,hemolysis factors,are closely related to its pathogenicity.Phenotypic switching can help Candida albicans to adapt to host tissue environment,adhesins can facilitate tissue recognition and colonization,hydrolytic enzymes can destroy mucosal integrity and enhance virulence,and hemolysis factors can help to obtain nutrients for survival and reproduction.To further clarify the relationship between virulence factors and pathogenicity of Candida albicans may provide novel ideas for the prevention and treatment of candidiasis.
