小细胞肺癌病人生命质量与希望水平的现状及其相关性研究

目的]评价小细胞肺癌病人的生命质量与希望水平，分析两者间的相关性。方法]采用 EORTC QLQ C30、EORTC QLQ LC13生存质量量表和 Herth 希望量表，对206例小细胞肺癌住院病人进行调查。结果]小细胞肺癌病人的整体生命质量得分为38.55分±9.96分（满分100分），其中认知功能得分最高，社会功能得分最低；希望水平得分为33.08分±3.58分（18分-48分），高希望水平组病人的整体生命质量、躯体功能、认知功能和社会功能均优于中低希望水平组，且希望水平与症状严重程度呈负相关，咳嗽、失眠和胸痛是小细胞肺癌最为严重的症状。结论]小细胞肺癌病人的生命质量较差，希望水平呈中等水平，且生命质量与希望水平呈正相关；疼痛、咳嗽、疲乏、失眠和胸痛是小细胞肺癌最为严重的症状，希望水平与症状严重程度呈负相关，护理人员在治疗期间应加强对病人症状的评估、干预与预防等管理工作，病人症状的改善与缓解将会对希望水平及生命质量产生积极作用。

Status quo of qual ity of l ife and hope level of smal l cel l lung cancer patients and correlation between them

To evaluate the quality of life and hope level of small cell lung cancer patients,and analyze the correlation between them. Methods：A total of 206 inpatients with small cell lung cancer was investi-gated by using EORTC QLQ C30,EORTC QLQ LC13 quality of life scale and Herth hope scale.Results：The overall quality of life score of small cell lung cancer patients was 38.55±9.96 （out of 100）,in them the cognitive function got the highest score,the social function got the lowest score;hope level score was 33.08±3.58（18~48）,The overall quality of life,physical function,cognitive function and social function of patients in high hope level group were better than that in mid low level hope group.And hope level was negatively correlated severity of symptoms;pain,cough,insomnia and chest pain were the most severe symptoms of patients with small cell lung cancer.Conclusion：The quality of life of small cell lung cancer patients was poor,and the hope level was at a medi-um level,and the quality of life was positively correlated with hope level;pain,cough,fatigue,insomnia and chest pain were the most severe symp-toms for small cell lung cancer patients,hope level was negatively corre-lated with severity of symptoms.During the treatment,nursing staff should strengthen the management work such as assessment,intervention and prevention of their symptoms,and the improvement and remission of patients’symptoms will have a positive effect on the hope level and quali-ty of life.
