| 摘 要： | 目的:检测样品中使用的粘合剂中HDI单体残留量。方法:样品提取后,与1,2-吡啶哌嗪溶液衍生化后采用反相高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱:Waers Xterra(C184.6×250 mm5μm;流动相:乙腈-水-冰醋酸(58∶42∶0.15)用三乙胺调节pH至4.0;流速:0.9 ml.min-1;柱温:35℃;检测波长:310nm。结果:线性范围0~0.8208μg.ml-1(r=0.9998,n=7);精密度:0.4%;阴性回收率平均值:99.88%。结论:本方法专属性强、灵敏度高、准确、可靠、简便,可用于HDI残留量检测。

| Abstract: | Objective： To test the HDI monomer residue of the adhesive used in the samples.Methods： The sample was extracted and derivatived with 1,2-pyridyl piperazine,then tested with RP-HPLC.Column： Waers Xterra C18 4.6×250mm 5μm.Mobile Phase： acetonitrile-water-acetic acid（58∶42∶0.15） adjusted with triethylamine to pH 4.0.Flow rate： 0.9ml·min^-1.Column temperature： 35℃.Detection wavelength： 310nm.Results： The linear range is 0 - 0.8208μg·ml^-1（r=0.9998,n=7）.Precision： 0.4%.Average of negative recovery： 99.88%.Conclusion： This method is specific,sensitive,accurate,reliable,simple and can be used for testing HDI residue. |
