| 摘 要： | 目的:研究弹力牵引在排齐阶段对牙列的影响。方法:15例拔除2个上颌第一双尖牙患者,使用日本TOMY公司生产的OPAK-C直丝弓矫治器矫治,排齐前后牙列的比较研究。结果:尖牙远中倾斜移动,尖牙间宽度增加;切牙舌向倾斜移动;第一恒磨牙稍有近中倾斜,磨牙间宽度稍有减小。结论:排齐阶段使用轻弹力牵引可以有效远中移动尖牙,同时配合弓丝末端回弯可有效防止切牙唇向移动,如果磨牙支抗要求高,则需要采取加强磨牙支抗的措施,以防止不利的牙齿运动。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the use of elastic traction in the aligning stage.Methods 15 upper first premolar extraction cases were chosen.All patients were treated by OPAK-C appliance.Compare the model and X-ray of before and after aligning.Results The incisors and canines were distally moved and tipped.The molars were mesialy moved.The widths between the canines were increased.The widths between the molars were decreased.Conclusion The elastic traction can move canine distally effectively.Labial inclination of incisors can be effectively prevented with use of elastic traction and bend back of arch wire.It is necessary to use anchorage control to prevent the unfavourable changes. |
