哮喘患者外周血CD_4~+CD_(25)~+调节性T细胞的表达及临床意义

目的探讨哮喘患者外周血中CD_4~+CD_(25)~+调节性T细胞的变化及意义。方法采用流式细胞技术检测40例哮喘患者和40例健康对照者外周血中CD_4~+CD_(25)~+调节性T细胞的表达水平,同时测定20例急性发作期哮喘患者肺功能。结果哮喘患者外周血中CD_4~+CD_(25)~+调节性T细胞占CD4+T细胞的百分比为3.02±1.85%,明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01);急性发作期哮喘患者外周血中CD_4~+CD_(25)~+调节性T细胞明显低于非急性发作期(P<0.01);急性发作期患者外周血CD_4~+CD_(25)~+T细胞百分率与FEV1呈显著正相关(r=0.5874,P<0.01)。结论CD_4~+CD_(25)~+调节性T细胞在哮喘的疾病活动中起着重要作用,是导致哮喘患者细胞免疫失调的重要原因。

Expression of regulatory CD4+CD25+T cells in asthma patients and its clinical significance

Objective: To evaluate the changes of CD_4~+CD_(25)~+ T cells in peripheral blood from patients with asthma. Methods : Forty patients with asthma and forty healthy volunteers were included in this study. The proportion of CD_4~+CD_(25)~+ T cells population in total T cells was evaluated by flow cytometric analysis.Pulmonary function was measured in twenty patients during acute attacks. Results: The population of CD_4~+CD_(25)~+ T cells in peripheral blood from patients with asthma accounted for 3.02±1.85% of the total number of CD_4+T lymphocytes ,and was much lower in comparison with healthy volunteers(P<0.01) ; The expression of CD_4~+CD_(25)~+ T cells in peripheral blood from patients during acute attacks was lower than in patients in chronic phase(P<0.05);The correlation analysis showed that CD_4~+CD_(25)~+ T cells from patients during acute attacks had significantly positive relation with FEV_1(r=0.5874,P<0.01). Conclusion: Regulatory CD_4~+CD_(25)~+ T cells played an important role in activation of asthma ,and was the important reason of maladjustment of celluar immunofunction of patients with asthma.
