云南省普洱市HIV感染者流行病学特征分析

目的探究云南省普洱市艾滋病流行状况和趋势，为遏制艾滋病在普洱市的进一步蔓延，制定有效的防治措施和进行行为干预提供依据。方法利用艾滋病监测数据，对普洱市1991～2007年间发现的艾滋病病毒感染者2422人进行流行病学特征分析。结果感染者男、女之比为100：63．9；年龄以20—29岁组居多，占52．97％；民族以汉族为主，占49．34％，其次为傣族、拉祜族和佤族；职业以农民最多，占59．21％；文化程度以初中和小学为主，分别占40．30％和38．27％；艾滋病病毒感染者配偶、子女之间的感染逐年增多；地区分布以澜沧最多，占感染总数的41．99％；经性途径而感染者占48．22％，经静脉吸毒而感染者占39．69％。结论静脉吸毒继续在普洱市HIV传播中起着重要作用，但传播途径已由以静脉吸毒为主转变为以性传播途径为主。

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of HIV infected individuals in Pn' er City, Yunnan Provience

Objective To explore and analyze the status and the trend of AIDS prevalence, and to provide evidence for combating the spread of AIDS and making effective prevention and control in Pu＇ er. Methods The epidemiologieal analysis was done among 2422 HIV infected individuals during the period of 1991 - 2007 in Pu＇ er. Results The ratio of male and female is 100 to 63.9. Among survey infectors, 52.97% of them were 20 - 29 years old; the most common race （49. 34% ） was Han, followed with Dai, Lagu, and Wa; the most occupation （59. 21% ） was farmers; the majority of them received the junior middle school （40. 30% ） or primary school （38. 27% ） degree. The number of spouses and children of HIV infectors who got infected was increasing; Laneang County had the highest incidence, claiming 41.99% of total infected cases. 39. 69% of infectors got infected due to injection drug use （39. 69% ）, and 48. 22% due to sexual contact. Conclusion Injection drug use still played an important role on HIV infection, but the major transmitted route had changed to sexual contact in Pu＇er.
