| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿片类受体拮抗剂纳洛酮治疗肝性脑病的疗效。方法将51例肝性脑病患者,随机分成两组,两组均予去除诱因等综合治疗,治疗组加用纳洛酮。观察血清氨值的变化、神志转清醒时间及智力测验好转情况。结果治疗组较对照组能够明显降低患者的血氨水平（P〈0.05）,缩短肝性脑病昏迷患者的神志转清醒时间,同时提高了转清醒患者相关智力水平,治疗组有效率（84.6%）明显优于对照组（64%）。结论应用纳洛酮治疗肝性脑病近期疗效显著,远期疗效值得进一步研究。
