microRNA-92a的表达及其与胃癌病理特征的关联

目的 探讨microRNA-92a(miRNA-92a)在胃癌中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征的关系.方法 选取胃癌患者80例,取胃癌组织及距离癌边缘5 cm的正常黏膜组织(癌旁正常组织),qRT-PCR检测miRNA-92a在不同组织中的表达,分析miRNA-92a与胃癌患者临床病理特征的关系.结果 胃癌组织中miRNA-92a相对表达量为(0.72±0.11),明显高于癌旁正常组织的(0.36±0.07)(P﹤0.01).miRNA-92a的相对表达与胃癌患者的肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移情况及TNM分期有关(P﹤0.05).miRNA-92a高表达组患者的中位生存期为(18.55±11.39)个月,低于低表达组患者的(23.62±10.60)个月(P﹤0.05).结论 miRNA-92a在胃癌患者中呈高表达,与胃癌患者的淋巴结转移、TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度及临床预后有关.

Expression of microRNA-92a and its correlation with the pathological features of gastric cancer

Objective To observe the expression of microRNA-92a (miRNA-92a) and its correlation with the clinico-pathological features of gastric cancer. Method A total of 80 cases of gastric cancer patients were enrolled in the study, gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues (5 cm away from the edge of the lesion) were collected, qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of miRNA-92a in collected tissues, followed by the correlation analysis of miRNA-92a and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer. Result The relative expression of miRNA-92a in the gastric cancer tissues (0.72 ± 0.11) was significantly higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues (0.36 ± 0.07) (P<0.01). The relative expres-sion of miRNA-92a in gastric cancer was related to tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and TNM stage (P<0.05). The median survival time of the high expression group was (18.55 ± 11.39) months, lower than that of low expres-sion group (23.62±10.60) months (P<0.05). Conclusion miRNA-92a is highly expressed in gastric cancer patients, and may be related to lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, tumor differentiation, and clinical prognosis.
