丝裂霉素联合吉西他滨对原发性肝癌患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞水平的影响

目的 探讨丝裂霉素联合吉西他滨对原发性肝癌患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞水平的影响.方法 选择原发性肝癌患者96例,按照分层随机分组法分为对照组(n=48)和试验组(n=48),对照组予以吉西他滨治疗,试验组予以丝裂霉素联合吉西他滨治疗,比较治疗后两组的淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞水平、临床疗效、不良反应.结果 治疗后,两组患者的淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+、CD4+/CD8+)及NK细胞水平均升高,试验组高于对照组(P﹤0.05);试验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P﹤0.05);两组总不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05).结论 对原发性肝癌患者行丝裂霉素联合吉西他滨治疗能够有效调节外周血淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞水平,缓解免疫抑制状态.

The influence of mitomycin in combination with gemcitabine on the peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in primary liver cancer patients

Objective To study the influence of mitomycin in combination with gemcitabine on the peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in primary liver cancer patients. Method 96 cases of patients with primary liver cancer were randomized as control group (n=48) and study group (n=48) according to a stratified randomization method, and gemcitabine or mitomycin plus gemcitabine were administered in control group and study group, respectively, of which the lymphocyte subset and NK cell levels, clinical efficacy, as well as adverse reactions were compared. Result After treatment, both groups had increased level of lymphocyte subsets(CD4+、CD4+/CD8+)and NK cells, with higher level (P<0.05) and better clinical efficacy (P<0.05) observed in study group compared with control group;while the total incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Mitomycin in combination with gem-citabine therapy can effectively regulate the level of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and NK cell activity, relieving immunosuppressive state in patients with primary liver cancer.
