老年肺癌患者富脯氨酸蛋白11的表达水平及其临床意义

目的 观察老年肺癌患者富脯氨酸蛋白11(PRR11)的表达水平,探讨其临床意义.方法 选取肺癌组织标本60例、癌旁组织标本42例及正常肺部组织标本44例,采用免疫组化法检测不同组织标本PRR11的表达水平.根据染色强度和阳性细胞数判定结果将肺癌组织标本分为阳性组47例和阴性组13例,比较两组的临床病理特征.结果 在肺癌组织中,PRR11表达阳性率(78.33%)高于癌旁组织(4.76%)和正常肺部组织(0.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);免疫组化结果显示,肺癌组织中PRR11蛋白表达水平高于癌旁组织和正常肺部组织(P<0.05),而癌旁组织与正常肺部组织比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在肺癌组织标本中,PRR11表达阳性组和阴性组的肿瘤分化程度和TNM分期比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而性别、肿瘤大小、有无淋巴结转移和病理类型比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 老年肺癌患者PRR11的表达水平升高,并与肿瘤分化程度和TNM分期有关.

Expression of proline-rich protein 11 in elderly patient with lung cancer and its clinical significance

Objective To observe the expression of proline-rich protein 11 (PRR11) in elderly patient with lung can-cer and discuss its clinical significance. Method 60 specimens of lung cancer tissues, 42 specimens of paracancerous tis-sues and 44 specimens of normal lung tissues were included in the analysis, immunohistochemistry (SP) assay was used to detect the expression levels of PRR11 protein in different tissues. Lung cancer tissues were divided into positive group (n=47) and negative group (n=13) according to the result of staining intensity and positive cell count, and the clinical path-ological parameters between the two groups were compared. Result Positive expression rate of PRR11 were higher in lung cancer tissues (78.33%) than in paracancerous tissues (4.76%) and normal lung tissues (0.00%) (P<0.05);SP method showed that the expression levels of PRR11 were higher in lung cancer tissues than in paracancerous tissues and normal lung tissues (P<0.05), and there was no statistical significance between the expression in paracancerous and normal lung tissue (P>0.05);In lung cancer tissues, there were statistical significance differences in differentiation and TNM stage be-tween positive group and negative group (P<0.05), but no significance differences were observed in regard of gender, tu-mor size, lymph node metastasis and pathological pattern (P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of PRR11 is increased in elderly patient with lung cancer, and it may be associated with tumor differentiation and TNM stage.
