阿那曲唑联合放疗治疗老年早期乳腺癌的疗效评价

目的 探讨阿那曲唑联合放疗治疗老年早期乳腺癌的临床疗效及对患者生存质量的影响.方法 回顾性分析98例老年女性乳腺癌保乳术后患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将患者分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=53).观察组予以阿那曲唑联合放疗治疗,对照组予以常规阿那曲唑内分泌治疗.观察两组患者的5年累积生存率、复发率及生存质量.结果 观察组和对照组的5年累积生存率分别为80.0%和64.2%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组患者术后5年的复发率为24.4%(11/45),低于对照组的45.3%(24/53),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).治疗后3个月观察组患者的生存质量明显低于对照组(P﹤0.01),但治疗后6个月和12个月两组患者生存质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05).结论 阿那曲唑联合放疗治疗老年早期乳腺癌可提高患者生存率,降低复发率.

The curative effect of anastrozole combined with radiotherapy in treating the early breast cancer in elderly patients

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and quality of life of anastrozole combined with radio-therapy treatment in elderly patients with early breast cancer. Method 98 cases of elderly females who underwent breast-conserving surgery were retrospectively analyzed, the study group (n=45) was given anastrozole combined with auxiliary radiation, while the control group (n=53) was given conventional endocrine therapy of anastrozole, and the 5-year cumula-tive survival rate, recurrence rate, and quality of life of all patients were observed. Result The 5-year cumulative surviv-al rates were 80.0%and 64.2%in study group and control group, respectively, with statistically significant difference ob-served (P<0.05);the recurrence rate in study group was 24.4%(11/45), significantly lower than that in the control group at 45.3%(24/53) (P<0.05);besides, after treatment for 3 months, patients in study group had worse quality of life com-pared with control group (P<0.01), but in 6 months and 12 months after therapy, the quality of life in both groups were similar (P>0.05). Conclusion Anastrozole combined with radiotherapy increases the survival rate while reduces the re-currence rate in elderly patients with early breast cancer after surgery.
