血红蛋白电泳方法的研究进展

摘    要:血红蛋白(Hb)电泳是分离鉴定Hb最常用且最为有效的方法,使用不同支持介质的电泳方法,其原理、分辨敏感度、操作简繁各有特点,对分离诊断Hb疾病有重要价值的HbA2和HbF的效果也各有不同。因静止型地中海贫血可以不表现出HbA2的异常,所以电泳分析都有一定的漏诊率,因此电泳只能作为Hb疾病的筛查方法。

Abstract:Hemoglobin electrophoresis is the most common and effective way to separate and identify hemoglobin(Hb).Hemoglobin electrophoresis that support by different medium will be different in terms of the theory,identification senility,and the difficulty in operation.And their effect on HbA2 and HbF,which are very important for the diagnosis of hemoglobin disease,will be different.Considering that HbA2 is normal in the Med Dormant model of anemia,hemoglobin electrophoresis may cause some certain of missed diagnosis,thus hemoglobin electrophoresis is just some kind of screening method for Hb disease.
