2007年上海市人口死亡水平的地区差异

目的]了解上海市市区、郊区、郊县人口死亡水平和主要死亡特点。方法]使用上海市死因监测系统收集的人口学资料和死亡资料,计算上海市不同地区主要卫生指标及主要死亡疾病。结果]评价健康水平的三大指标均为市区最优、郊区居中、郊县最低。市区、郊区循环系统疾病为首位死因,郊县肿瘤为首位死因。结论]上海市人口死亡水平存在地区差异,不同地区的疾病控制重点有所不同。

Comparison of the death situation in different areas of Shanghai

Objective ] To understand the level of death and some main characteristics in different areas of Shanghai. Methods] Using data from Shanghai death record system to calculate some main heath index and major causes of death. Results ] Health index in urban area was the best among different areas, suburban area was in the middle while that of the rural areas was the poorest. The chief cause of death was circulatory diseases in urban and suburban areas while that of the rural area was malignancy. Conclusion ] The death situation is different in different areas of Shanghai, so the measures of diseases control among these areas should be different.
