乳腺癌患者术后化疗期人格特征与情绪状况的关系研究

目的探讨乳腺癌患者术后化疗期的情绪状况、人格特征及其关系。方法采用简明心境问卷和艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版对术后化疗的原发性乳腺癌患者进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果乳腺癌患者的负性情绪紧张-焦虑、疲乏-迟钝和迷惑-混乱得分大于5分,处在"少许"到"中度"之间,有30%以上患者的疲乏-迟钝、抑郁-沮丧和紧张-焦虑负性情绪均分大于2分;在人格特征中,外向性、神经质和掩饰性量表得分显著高于常模(P<0.05);采用偏相关分析显示,患者的外向性与负性情绪和POMS-SF总分呈显著负相关,与正性情绪精力呈显著正相关(P<0.05);神经质与负性情绪和POMS-SF总分呈显著正相关,与正性情绪精力呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者术后化疗期人格特征与其情绪状况密切相关,在临床护理干预中应针对其人格特征进行有效的心理干预,以缓解患者的负性情绪。

Study on correlation between mood and personality of breast cancer patient with chemotherapy

Objective To explore the mood state and personality traits of breast cancer patients and their correlation.Methods In the stage of chemotherapy,patients with primary breast cancer were investigated with profile of mood statesshort form（POMS-SF） and eysenck personality questionnaire short scale for Chinese version（EPQ-RSC）,and the data were analyzed.Results The scores of negative emotion tension-anxiety,fatigue-inertia and confusion-bewilderment were greater than 5 points,and the scores were in ＂a little＂ to ＂moderate＂.There were more than 30% patients whose fatigueinertia,depression-dejection and tension-anxiety scores were above 2 points.In personality traits,the scale scores of ex traversion,neuroticism and lie were higher than the norm（P〈0.05）.By partial correlation analysis,dimension extraversion of EPQ-RSC was negative correlation with negative emotion and the POMS-SF total score,and positive correlation with positive emotional vigor（P〈0.05）.Dimension neuroticism of EPQ-RSC was positive correlation with negative emotion and the POMS-SF total score,and negative correlation with positive emotional vigor（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Personality traits of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy is closely related to mood state.In clinical nursing intervention,nurses should carry on the effective psychological intervention in view of their personality traits,in order to alleviate the negative emo tions of patients.
