泛福舒对反复呼吸道感染儿童黏膜免疫功能的影响

目的探讨泛福舒对反复呼吸道感染儿童黏膜免疫功能的影响和临床疗效。方法将我院120例患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各60例。两组患儿均根据临床感染情况给予相应的抗生素、抗感染治疗以及常规护理;研究组患儿在此基础上加用泛福舒。分别观察两组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后免疫蛋白变化情况。结果研究组患儿临床治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗前免疫蛋白指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患儿sIgA、IgG、IgA和IgM值均明显升高,研究组升高幅度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泛福舒治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染具有有效性和安全性,可提高儿童黏膜免疫功能,降低发病次数。

Effect of Broncho-vaxom on the mucosal immune function in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

Objective To investigate the impact and clinical efficacy of Broncho-vaxom on mucosal immune function in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods 120 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group,each had 60 cases.Two groups of children were given appropriate antibiotics according to clinical infection,anti-infective therapy and routine care;on the basis of which,study group was added with Broncho-vaxom.Im mune protein changes and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results The clinical treatment efficiency of study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;immune protein targets before treatment of two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）,after treatment,sIgA IgG,IgA,and IgM values in two groups were significantly increased,the increased range of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Broncho-vaxom is effective and safety in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,which can improve children＇s mucosal immune function,reduce the incidence.
