| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病患者经股动脉介入治疗术后尿潴留的发生原因及护理对策。方法对29例冠心病患者经股动脉行介入治疗术后发生尿潴留的原因进行分析并实施护理。结果 29例尿潴留患者在介入术后4 h全部解除,未再次发生尿潴留。结论经股动脉行介入治疗的冠心病患者术后易出现尿潴留,应针对不同的原因采取相应的护理措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate cause of urinary retention of patients with coronary heart disease after interventional treatment through femoral artery and nursing countermeasures.Methods The cause of urinary retentions of 29 patients with coronary heart disease after interventional treatment through femoral artery were analyzed,and nursing was implemented.Results The symptoms of 29 patients with urinary retention were completely cured 4 hour after interventional surgery with out recurrence of urinary retention.Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease may easily generate urinary retention after interventional treatment through femoral artery,and appropriate nursing measures should be adopted for different rea sons. |
