癌痛患者吗啡静脉注射的临床研究和护理对策

目的探讨为癌痛患者进行静脉注射吗啡注射液的护理安全性。方法以NCCN癌痛治疗指南为指导,通过对医务人员镇痛教育、患者镇痛理念教育、医患治疗过程中协作等措施,完善一套有地区特色的癌痛患者管理规范的方法。在实施吗啡静脉注射的过程中密切监测患者生命体征变化,严格遵守用药原则,动态观察疼痛评分,使用疼痛护理记录单及时记录疼痛情况,建立癌痛病历跟踪评价实施效果。结果中重度癌症疼痛的患者在短时间内疼痛能得到有效的控制,治疗达到良好的效果,各项措施的实施取得了明显的成效,静脉注射安全有效,缓解疼痛有效率为100%。结论通过规范化的护理措施,确保癌痛患者进行吗啡静脉注射的有效、安全,使重度癌症疼痛的患者在短时间内疼痛能得到有效的控制,有效提高患者的生活质量及患者的治疗依从性,改善患者消极心理,增强了患者的治疗信心,为我市癌痛治疗规范化管理推广做出贡献。

The nursing strategy of intravenous morphine titration for severe pain of cancer patients

Objective To investigate the nursing safety of intravenous morphine titration for severe pain of cancer patients.Methods With NCCN pain treatment guidelines for guidance,through the various measures such as making educations for doctors,nurses and patients,making collaborative relationship of medical treatment process,a set of standard management with local characteristics for patients of cancer pain was established step by step.In the process of intravenous morphine titration,it needed to monitor the change of patient vital signs closely,the principle of drug was abided strictly,dynamic observations of the pain scores was made,pain nursing record sheet was used and pain situation was recorde timely,medical records of cancer pain was set up and evaluation implementation effect was tracked.Results The pain could be under control in a short time for cancer patients with severe pain.The implementation of the measures had made the obvious effect.Intravenous morphine titration was safe and effective,the effective rate of alleviate pain was 100%.Conclusion Through the standardization of the nursing measures,it can ensure effectiveness and safety of intravenous morphine titration for the patients with cancer pain,and cancer pain can get effective control in a short time.It can improve the quality of life and treatment compliance of the patients,reduce negative psychological state,and enhance the confidence of the patients.It is worth of further promotion and application.
