老年患者心理护理探讨

当前老年患者数量逐年增加,强调做好老年患者心理护理工作极为重要。本文解析心理护理的概念、目标、重要性,结合老年患者的特殊心理问题,探讨如何做好这一特殊人群的心理护理工作,提出了建立良好护患关系、了解老年患者心理需求、争取家属亲友密切配合、加强护理宣教、合理安排患者生活及合理使用心理疗法等切实可行的心理护理方法,帮助患者积极配合治疗和护理,同时增强患者战胜疾病的信心,促进康复。

Investigation of psychological care of elderly patients

With the increasing number of aging patients,it is essential to emphasize the importance of good psychological care of elderly patients.This paper is to investigate the concept objectives and importance of psychological care,combined with how to deal with the special psychological care of the elderly patients,and also pose the question of how to establish a good nurse-patient relationship.To understand the psychological needs of the elderly patients,to gain the close cooperation from the patients＇ relatives and friends are discussed in this paper,too.How to strengthen the education and publicity of psychological care and to reasonably arrange the patients＇ life and to properly use the psychotherapy and other practical psychological methods are concerned as main points.How to help patients actively cooperate with the treatment and care,while enhancing the confidence of the patients to overcome the disease,as well as promoting their recovery are mentioned.
