鼻中隔矫正术后应用负压引流的疗效观察

目的评价负压引流技术在鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后应用的疗效。方法选取我院接受鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者20例作为对照组,术后以高分子止血海绵填塞鼻腔;同期选取接受鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者20例作为实验组,术后给予鼻腔放置负压引流管,对比观察两组舒适度评分采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、术后鼻腔水肿和鼻腔血肿、粘连、术后治愈率等临床指标。结果术后24 h内,实验组VAS评分,病情轻度、重度例数与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后3 d鼻腔黏膜评分优于对照组,术后1周治愈率实验组优于对照组,术后血肿、鼻腔粘连发生数实验组少于对照组。结论鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后应用负压引流,可明显减轻患者痛苦,减轻术后黏膜水肿,不增加术后出血和粘连。

Effect observation of negative pressure suction after nasal septum surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of negative pressure suction after nasal septum surgery.Methods 20 patients with nasal septum deviation were selected as observing group who received negative pressure suction after septoplas ty.20 patients with nasal septum deviation were selected as control group who received nasal packing with macromolecular after septoplasty.The comfort degrees evaluated by using visual analogue scale（VAS） of the first 24 hours after operation,edema in nasal cavity,hemorrhage,adhesive and healing rates after operation were compared between two groups.Results The VAS scores and the number of cases who felt discomfortable moderately or severely were significantly less in observa tion group than that of control group at the 24th hours after operation（P〈0.05）.The mucosa of nasal cavity was significantly better in observation group in the third day after operation.The healing rate was better in observation group than that in controlling group at the 7th day after operation.There was no hemorrhage and adhesive in observing group.Conclusion Negative pressure suction applied after nasal septal operation can significantly relieve the distress of patients,reduce the edema in nasal cavity,but does not increase the hemorrhage and adhesive.
