| 摘 要： | 目的观察和评价生地注射液治疗肺间质纤维化的有效性和安全性。方法肺间质纤维化患者40例随机分为两组,在西医常规治疗基础上,治疗组加用生地注射液,对照组加用生脉注射液。观察两组治疗前后症状改善情况、血气分析、6min步行试验。结果治疗组咯痰、气短症状及症状总积分及PaO2、SaO2的改善均优于对照组;治疗组6min步行距离大于对照组。结论生地注射液能改善肺间质纤维化患者的主要症状,提高血氧分压、血氧饱和度和6min步行距离。
