摘    要:目的 评价"以人为本,以病人为中心"的新型医疗模式.方法 运用自制问卷,对我院2007年1~6月的150名住院患者开展并推广人性化护理管理模式,并对我科2007年7~12月实施人性化管理后的250名出院患者进行问卷调查.结果患者及家属对医务人员服务态度的满意率上升了10.1%、医疗质量信任率上升了2%.结论 实施人性化护理可提高医院的社会形象,同时也可拓宽医院的服务领域,为医院建设奠定坚实的基础.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the new medical model 'people - oriented, patient - centered'. Methods The new human nursing management medical model was promoted, and self - questionnaire was carried out to evaluate this model Results Patients and their families on the attitude of medical staff satisfaction increased by 10.1%, the rate of confidence in the quality of health care increased by 2%. Conclusions The implementation of humane nursing in the hospitals could improve the image of the community, but also broaden the field of hospital services for the building of the hospital to lay a solid foundation.
