长沙市小学基础教育课程改革中健康教育实施效果评价

目的 比较在不同类型的学校健康教育模式下小学生的健康知识、态度、行为情况，探讨在现有课程改革进程模式下发展学校健康教育的可行性。方法 采用两阶段整群抽样方法，对长沙市3所小学151名小学生进行问卷调查。结果 学生健康知识的知晓率为42．4％～95．4％，集中单独授课组学生吃蔬菜、便后洗手、睡前刷牙、饭前洗手的比率均高于分散授课组；综合评价结果显示，集中单独授课组学生的健康知识、态度、行为均好于分散授课组。结论 长沙市小学生健康知识、态度、行为还存在问题，在现阶段，学校健康教育应该以集中单独授课的教学模式为主。

Impact Evaluation of Health Education Reform for Basic Curricula in Elementary Schools in Changsha

Objective To compare pupils' health knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP) in different teaching patterns,and to explore the feasibility of health education in the course of curricula reform.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 151 pupils chosen by using two-stage cluster random sampling method.Results The pupils' awareness rate of health knowledge was 42.4% to 95.4%.The proportion of the students whose scores were over 60 was higher in control group(98.2%) than in experimental group(79.8%).About 95.3% of the pupils were willing to learn health knowledge.The proportions of the students who eat vegetables,wash hands before meals and after using toilet and brush teeth before going to bed were higher among the students in control group than in experimental group. The synthetic evaluation indicated that pupils' KAP in control group was better than in experimental group.Conclusion Some problems still remain in pupils' KAP of health education.Health education in school should focus on the pattern of centralized lecture.
