| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CCDC8在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与乳腺癌分子分型的关系.方法 采用免疫组化分析CCDC8在100例乳腺癌组织的表达情况及其与乳腺癌分子分型相关性.结果 CCDC8在乳腺癌组织的阳性表达率为38％在数值上可见;CCDC8基因阳性表达率在ER、PR阳性组高于ER、PR阴性组,在Ki67阴性组高于Ki67阳性组（P＞0.05）;但CCDC8基因的表达在ER、PR、Her-2、Ki67、分子分型分组中未发现差异有统计学意义.结论 CCDC8基因阳性表达率在ER阳性组、PR阳性组、Ki67阴性组较高,暂未发现CCDC8基因与乳腺癌分子分型的相关性.

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the relation between CCDC8 gene and molecular subtype of breast cancer.Methods One hundred breast cancer tissue samples were collected in this study,and HIC was performed to investigate the expression of CCDC8 in breast tissue.Tumor characteristics （estrogen and progesterone receptor,Her-2,Ki67） were recorded.Results The positive expression of CCDC8 in breast cancer was 38％.The positive expression of CCDC8 in ER,PR positive group was higher than negative group,in Ki67 negative group was higher than positive group.But no correlation was found between CCDC8 and estrogen and progesterone receptor,Her-2,Ki67 and molecular subtype.Conclusion The positive expression of CCDC8 in ER,PR positive group and Ki67 negative group is higher,but there is no correlation between CCDC8 and molecular subtype. |
