膨体聚四氟乙烯补片在腹壁切口疝修补术中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨用聚四氟乙烯(ePTFE)补片修补巨大腹壁切口疝的手术方法及临床效果。方法:用ePTFE补片修补12例巨大腹壁切口疝。结果:治愈11例,死亡1例(术后死于ARDS)。随访9例,失访3例,随访1-12个月,平均6个月,2例术后肺感染,经治疗后痊愈,全组伤口无感染,随访期内无复发。结论:ePTFE补片用于巨大腹壁切口疝的无张力修补是安全、有效的,特别在腹壁缺损较大、腹膜关闭困难时,病人感觉局部舒适。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene mycromesh biomaterial in big ventral incisional hernia. Methods :The ePTFE biomater was used to repair big ventral incisional hernia. Results: In all 12 patients in the study, 11 were cured and 1 died (die of ARDS postoperatively). 9 patients were followed up postoperatirely for 1 month to 12 months (6 months in average), 2 patients suffered pneumonia and were cured, there were no wound infections and recur-rency in all cases during the follow up study. Conclusion : The using of ePTFE in strainless neoplasty in big ventral incisional hernia is safe and effective, specially when the ventral incisioral hernia is larger, the peritoneum is closed difficultly. Patients feel comfortable in operative region affer operation.
