| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产后再次妊娠的分娩方式。方法对132例剖宫产后再次妊娠孕妇的分娩方式进行回顾性分析。结果113例选择再次剖宫产,19例孕妇阴道试产,13例成功阴道分娩,试产成功率为68.4%。结论剖宫产术后再次妊娠并非是剖宫产绝对指征,符合阴道试产条件者,严密监护下阴道试产是安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the best delivery mode in patients with prior cesarean section.Methods Delivery mode was analyzed retrospectively in 132 cases of repregnant woman with previous cesarean section.Results One hundred and thirteen cases chosed repeat cesarean section,nineteen cases were allowed trial of vaginal labor,the rate of successful labor was 68.4%.Conclusion Cesarean section history is not the absolutely indication of cesarean section.Under tight guardianship,the trial of labor after cesarean section is safe. |
