摘    要:切断大鼠颈部一侧迷走神经后,用组织化学方法结合图像分析定量观察了心房室结区乙酰胆碱酯酶,神经肽Y(NPY)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的变化,同时用生物深化法测定了AVN区ACHE、去甲肾上腺素(NA)的含量。并用逐步回归分析了各递质间的相互关第。本实验发现:AVN区有NPY、VIP、CGRP免疫反应神经纤维和神经细胞。图像分析表明,左侧或右侧迷走神经切断5d后AVN区N

Abstract:The changes of AChE activity,NPY-,VIP- and CGRP-immunoreactivity(IR)in atrioventricular node(AVN )region of rat hearts were investigated quantitatively by enzyme histochemistry,immunohistochemistry and image analysis after rat unilateral cervical vagotomy,Mean-while,the levels of AChE and NA in AVN region were measured by biochemical method.The relationships of transmitters were analysed by stepwise regression,As a result,NPY-,VIP- and CGRP-IR nerve fibers and cells were found in AVN region,The results of image analysis showed NPY-,and VIP-IR obviously decreased 5 days following left or right vagotomy, but the decrease of CGRP-IR was not obvious,The results of biochemical assay and image analysis showed that unilateral vagotomy did not affect AChE in AVN region,The results of stepwise regression showed that NPY has an important effect on the changes of VIP and CGRP,The present study suggested that VIP,NPY,and CGRP exist in AVN region and may modulate the atrioventricular conduction,unilateral vagotomy may cause neuropeptides in AVN region to change and NPY plays an important role in the changes of transmitters in the heart.In conclusion,the present experiment showed that the regulation of cardiac function is of multiple factors, neuropeptides play an important role in it.
