邢台市介入放射工作人员受照剂量的调查

摘    要:目的了解邢台市介入放射工作人员X射线受照剂量的情况,以保护介入放射工作者的身体健康,为规范管理介入放射工作,制订相应的防护管理措施提供依据。方法采用热释光计(TLD)的方法,测定介入放射操作者的受照剂量。结果通过对11家医院,13台X射线机的检测结果表明,介入放射操作人员73名以左手和胸部受照剂量最高,平均分别为108、94μGy/h。全年个人受照剂量94.5%的人小于国家剂量限值(20mSv/a)。结论介入放射工作人员由于放射介入手术不同,所以全身各部位均有可能受到X射线的照射,应提高操作技术水平和加强个人防护。

Abstract: Objective ] To understand the exposure dose in interventional radiology staff, so as to protect the health of interventional radiology staff, and provide evidence for standardizing the management of interventional radiology and developing control measures. Methods] Exposure dose in interventional radiology staff were determined by TLD. Results] Test of 13 X-ray machines in 11 hospitals showed that the maximum exposure dose existed in left hands and chests of 73 operators, with mean value of 108μGy/hand 94 μGy/h respectively. The annual individual dose was 94. 5% which was lower than the national dose limit 120 mSv/a). Conclusion] Due to the different interventional radiology surgeries, various parts of interventional radiology operators'body are likely to receive X-ray irradiation, it is necessary to enhance the technological level and strengthen the operation of personal protection.
