年轻人慢性根尖周炎一次性根管充填临床疗效观察

目的探讨年轻人慢性根尖周炎采用一次性根管治疗疗效。方法将198例年轻人慢性根尖周炎随机分为观察组100例、对照组98例。观察组给予一次性根管充填治疗,对照组给予常规多次性根管治疗。结果观察组根管治疗后1周疼痛发生率为9.00%,对照组疼痛发生率为11.22%,两组疼痛发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。随访1年后观察组治疗总有效率为91.00%,对照组总有效率88.78%,两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论一次性根管充填治疗年轻人慢性根尖周炎术后疼痛发生率、临床疗效与常规多次性根管治疗相当,是一种有效治疗方法。

Analysis of effects on chronic apical periodontitis with single-visit root canal treatment in the youngster

Objective To explore the effect of single-visit root canal treatment on teeth with chronic apical periodontitis in the youngster.Methods 198 teeth with chronic apical periodontitis of the youngster were chosen and divided into 2 groups randomly,the observation group（n=100）,the control group（n=98）.The observation group were given to single-visit root canal treatment and the control group were given to multiple-visit root canal treatment.Results The incidence of post-obturation pain after a week was 9.00% in single-visit group and 11.22% in multiple-visit group.There was no difference between two groups（P0.05）.The total success rate was 91.00% in single-visit group and 88.78% in multiple-visit group.There was no difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of single-visit root canal treatment on teeth with chronic apical periodontitis in the youngster was obvisious,which was a effective treatment method.
