| 摘 要： | 目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液在老年人不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将确诊的120例老年不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,在常规治疗的基础上治疗组加用丹参川芎嗪注射液10mL加入250mL生理盐水中静脉滴注6天。结果治疗1周后治疗组sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、hs-CRP、血小板最大聚集率均低于对照组。治疗组半年内不良心脏事件发生率低于对照组,半年后通过西雅图心绞痛量化表评定治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液对老年人不稳定型心绞痛治疗效果好,可以改善患者预后。

| Abstract: | Objective In ordor to observe the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine in unstable angina for aged people.Methods 120 unstable angina patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group were received the salvia miltiorrhiza lingustrazine based on the routine treatment.Results After treatment for 1 week the sICAM-1,sVCAM-1,hs-CRP,platelet maximum rate in treatment group was lower than those in the control group.The cardiac events in treatment group were lower than those of the control group.After half year,we evaluation the treatment effect through the seattle angia questionnaire,the effect of treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine for the old unstable angina treatment effect is good,can improve the prognosis of patients. |
