| 摘 要： | 目的探讨辅助生育技术与自然受孕两种不同方式受孕双胎妊娠的妊娠期并发症和妊娠结局。方法回顾性分析我院2006年1月至2011年10月分娩的82例辅助生育技术受孕双胎孕妇(ART组)和110例自然受孕双胎孕妇(对照组)的妊娠期并发症、新生儿结局。结果 (1)ART组的平均年龄(34.15±4.13)岁,对照组平均年龄(29.11±4.01)岁,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)妊娠期常见并发症两组无显著差异。(3)ART组与对照组均以剖宫产为主,但ART组择期剖宫产率为78.05%,高于对照组(60%),两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ART组分娩孕周(35.12±2.12),对照组分娩孕周(34.87±2.98),两组间差异无统计学意义。(4)两组新生儿出生体重、Apgar评分、围产儿死亡率、NICU入住率差异无统计学意义。结论 ART组双胎孕妇妊娠期并发症及围产儿结局与自然受孕双胎相似。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare pregnancy complication and pregnancy outcome of twin pregnancies after assisted reproductive techniques（ART） and that of twins conceived spontaneously.Methods Total of 192 cases twin pregnancies including 143 cases after ART and 108 cases spontaneous conception delivered in our hospital from January 2006 to October 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Patients of the ART group were older than the control group.The pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were similar.Conclusion In this comparative study,the obstetric and neonatal outcomes in ART group were similar,which indicate that ART might not represent a risk factor in term of adverse outcomes in twin pregnancy |
