胃术后功能性排空障碍32例临床分析

目的探讨胃术后功能性排空障碍的病因、发病机制、诊断和治疗方法。方法对2001年1月~2005年1月收治的32例胃术后功能性排空障碍的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果功能性胃排空障碍发生于术后6~12 d,经非手术治疗后于2~8周内恢复胃动力,痊愈出院。3周内恢复13例(40.6%),4周内恢复29例(90.6%)。结论胃术后功能性排空障碍的病因是多因素的,消化道造影及胃镜检查是诊断本病的重要手段,采用非手术疗法可治愈,应尽量避免再次手术。

Functional Delayed Gastric Emptying after Gastrectomy: Clinical Analysis of 32 Csaea

Objective To explore the strology,emechanism,diagnosis and treatment of functional delayed gastricemptying(FDGE).Methods 32 patients with FDGE treated in our hospital from jan 2001 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Results FDGE usually occurred during 6-12 days postoperatively.The gastric function of 32 patients who received non~operative therapy restored during 2~8 weeks postoperatively.Conclusion FDGE is due to multiple factors.Gastroscopy and X-ray of digestivetract are valuble are valuble in the diagnosis of FDGE.FDGE can be cured by nonsurgical treatment,re-operation should be avoided.
