| 摘 要： | 大咯血期中对医生面临的最大困难是判定出血确切部位及原因，以便及时选择治疗部位和方式．对经内科各种措施治疗仍不见效的大咯血患者进行了６次咯血期中的纤支镜检，均准确地根据鲜血涌出部位作出诊断．检查期中未发生意外，亦无检查并发症．术后急诊做了肺切除．讨论了大咯血期中进行纤支镜检的适应症和注意点，在大咯血期中进行纤支镜检查是可行的．

| Abstract: | It is most difficulty that surgeons determine the localization and causes of hemorrhageduring the massive hemoptysis.In order to find out the localization of the bleeding and con-stitute the ideal management,6fiberoptic bronchoscopties were performed in 5 patients withmassive hemoptysis who failed in the rteatment by physician with drugs.In all cases the cor-rect diagnosis was achieved by examination.There were no accidents and complications.Thepneumotomy and resection of the source of bleeding was performed after examination.Thearticle mainly discusses the indication and caution of examination during massive hemopty-sis. |
