摘    要:目的:研制一种适用于胸腰段脊柱骨折的新型简便的抗旋转复位内固定器。方法:用6具新鲜健康成年人胸_(11)~腰_3椎体标本,分别制成屈曲压缩骨折模型及屈曲牵张型损伤模型,将6副ARRIF分别固定于胸_(12)~腰_2椎弓根内,测试标本承受轴向压应力、左右侧弯应力、屈伸应力和左右旋转应力的情况,为临床应用提供可靠的实验依据。结果:ARRIF能承受5000N的压应力,1000N的屈伸应力,500N的侧弯应力,及较好的抗旋转能力。结论:ARRIF具有确实的三维固定作用,对于脊柱骨折具有稳定的固定作用。

Abstract:Objective: To test biomechanical effects of anti - rotation reduction internal fixators (ARRIF) on spinal fracture. Methods: Six healthy adult's T11 - L3 vertebral specimens were made into the models of flexion compression and flexion split fracture and these models were fixed by ARRIF at pedicles. Then the longitudinal pressure, flexion -extension pressure, lateral bending pressure and axis rotation pressure were measured. Results: ARRIF could bear 5000N pressue stress, 1000N flexion -extension stress, 500N lateral bending stress. It also had better anti -rotation effect. Conclusion: ARRIF have a steady fixation effect on spinal fracture in three dimensional.
